The breakfast was particularly good, offering a variety of Western cuisine and sausages. the staff was helpful and attentive. the room was well-kept and had all the essentials including climate control, a private safe, and multi-channel TV. the resort's location is comfortable, being close to the beach, other bays, and the tunnel.

Bad smell from the Bathroom this was a very disapointed as the room would be class as a very good room otherwise also the cleaning of the corridors was very poor there was a cigarette but out side the lift for 3 days

The rooms here are quite spacious and clean, plus they have big fridges.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff in a good location outside the main centre of Sanya with a quiet beach. I would definately give the hotel 5 stars

We didn't try the spa but did look to do watersports, unfortunately everything is supervised though and so a short walk down the beach allowed us to use jet bikes on our own after a quick intro to the controls and similar diving experiences at a cheaper rate.

Great way to end our holiday. Fabulous place for a holiday and attentive staff. Nice location, entertaining area, so close to which are perhaps a 30 minute cab ride away, the ocean-sorry and the main restaurant. Great-sized unit with a balcony, shower, as example.

Amazing customer service! The staff even helped me surprise my wife with flowers and let us use their Wechat wallet for an electric scooter. highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was spotless, the rooms were a nice size and well-kept with panoramic views. The restaurant was good which is for breakfast, I tried delicious dishes. The location was excellent, not too far from Yemeng Gallery. Had alcoholic drinks in the sky bar. Everything was simply really good.

Wow, what a bang for my buck! The room was cozy and the beds were heavenly. The location was perfect, with easy beach access and multiple pools to chill in. And the staff? Top-notch! They treated me like royalty.

It was large and well-kept, good enough for holiday. It was an EXCELLENT location not far from the entire beach in Sanya Bay, and the duty free shops. There was a barbeque restaurant nearby.
